"Cifra. Computer Science and Informatics" is a peer-reviewed open access journal publishing research in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and computational data analysis. The journal focuses on the development and experimental validation of algorithms, mathematical models, and software solutions.
Particular attention is given to intelligent decision-support systems, big data processing, high-performance computing, cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure. Applications may cover various domains, provided that the research demonstrates a clear contribution to computer science and algorithmic or computational methodologies.
The journal is published four times a year.
The journal accepts articles for evaluation in Russian and English.
Publication for all categories of authors is free of charge.
